(Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) is the term for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the U.K. and Canada; CFIDS (Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome) is an alternate term for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the United States.
